Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item under the following conditions:
If we have sent wrong and damage product or wrong size then only returns are available
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with proper percel opening video 360° compulsory without opening video return not accepted
All tags and labels are intact
The return request is made within 1,2 days of delivery
The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (e.g., innerwear, accessories, customized items)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Lingerie, innerwear, socks, and personal care products
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Customized or altered products
Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at fashioncityindia18@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and product images (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
3. We will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging for pickup.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the product. In such cases, a shipping reimbursement may be provided.

4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your UPI ID or bank details for the refund.

5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and you must initiate a return after delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing images and your order number. We will prioritize such issues and offer a full refund or replacement.
